“we,” “our” or “us”) in connection with the products and services that Fitterclub
offers. The Fitterclub site is owned and operated by Fitterclub who is the data controller over the personal
information. This includes information collected online through our websites, branded pages on third party platforms
(i.e., social networking services), mobile applications, and through our direct marketing campaigns or other
online communications, as well as offline through our Member Services Team, events, and mobile messaging services
(collectively, “Fitterclub Services”).

Information You Provide To Us
When you use the Fitterclub Services, we may ask you to provide certain personal information. For example, we may
ask for information when you register to create an account, update your information, sign up for a membership
or subscription, use certain features, access, upload or download content, purchase products or services, enter
into sweepstakes or other promotions, register or participate in a competition, fill out a survey, request customer

PayPal or Apple Pay), depending on the form of payment you choose.

. You may also be given the option to link to your Facebook or other social media accounts through the Fitterclub
Services. When you do, we may automatically receive certain information from you based upon your privacy

Fitterclub may receive your personal information as follows:

Fitterclub content to your social media accounts or pages or otherwise interacting with the Fitterclub Services,

We usually act on requests and provide information free of charge, but may charge a reasonable fee to cover our administrative
costs of providing the information for:

Alternatively, we may be entitled to refuse to act on the request.
