When you sign up to Fitterclub you will receive a full month of workouts and nutrition plans tailored specifically for your goals, lifestyle and fitness level. You will also receive support from our in-house team of personal trainers and nutritionists. So, if you have a question about a workout, need help with a recipe or require a pep talk to keep on track, we are here to help you!
Voucher codes can be entered by clicking the “Redeem Voucher” or “Redeem” button on the top of every page on our website.
Fitterclub Memberships are processed immediately upon sign up, and your first weeks fitness and food plans will appear in your log in area once you have completed your purchase and registration. We also give you the opportunity to talk with our Fitness Mentors to further refine your personalized program.

Product Questions

Before you begin you will fill out a short questionnaire. The outcomes from this questionnaire will tailor specific workouts, calories and macronutrients for you, to ensure you hit your targets and achieve your goals.
The program is a personalized online workout and nutrition program complete with a membership area, streaming workouts and Fitness Mentor support. Your tailored workouts and nutrition plan will appear in your login area upon membership registration and purchase. You can choose your own workout days and rest days.
With the Fitterclub Plan you do 5 workouts week. Each workout is only 30 minutes long and is tailored to your own personal fitness level and goals.
All Fitterclub workouts can be completed anywhere you like so long as you have a little space to move around. You do not need any equipment to complete the workouts.
You will receive a full training plan with your Fitterclub programme. However, if you would like to include other training, you can. For example, you may take up running with a friend, or join a team sport, you can do the plan along with this within reason! If in doubt contact us.
The short answer is no. Unfortunately, the Fitterclub Program would not be suitable if you are unable to exercise. Your meal plan is tailored in line with our recommended workout routine for optimal results.
That’s the beauty of investing in Fitterclub online - you don’t have to be in a certain place to complete your workouts or follow the food plan. You don’t have to quit your full-time job. The Fitterclub Program has been designed to be as flexible as possible and fit around YOUR life.
Having a Personal Trainer is a great idea. However, the way we’ve created the Fitterclub program, you will always have support when you need it most. A Personal Trainer is great for the 1-hour session you train with them, but what about the other 23 hours in your day? With both training and nutrition experts at hand supported by our technical data driven platform you are getting the best support to optimize your fitness at a fraction of the cost.

The recipes that you receive with your Fitterclub plan are designed to be as flexible as possible and give you lots of choice. So, if there is an ingredient that you are allergic or intolerant to then most of the time you will be able to swap this for something else. Within your questionnaire you will be able to exclude certain foods from your plan, should you be allergic or intolerant. Also, in each recipe of your program we will provide basic alternatives for other ingredients where possible. If you find any other ingredients in your plan that you are unable to eat, then be sure to get in touch with our Fitterclub team for alternatives.
Absolutely. Within your questionnaire there are vegetarian/pescatarian/vegan options, should you require one of these specific food plans.
The plan is not suitable for pregnancy but once you are back to full health after giving birth we can happily get you on board. Our plan is perfectly safe for breastfeeding mums. However, we do recommend that you speak to your doctor first to ensure that they are happy with you completing the plan. Everyone has different needs and the most important thing to us is the health of you and your baby, so it is always best to check with a medical professional before taking on the plan. The exact additional calories each breastfeeding Mother requires will vary so we work on averages to start with.

You can use your email address and password to log in and come back to the Club anytime! Once you're in, head to your Account Page and click "start" for easy reactivation. If you forgot your email address or password, you can request to reset it from the Login page.
No worries! Just click "Forgot Password?" on the login page and we'll send a password reset link to the email address on your account. Being prompted to enter your old password? Make sure you’re completely logged out by clicking the "Menu” tab on our homepage and selecting “Logout”. Then, try requesting the password link. Still having trouble? Contact us.
A Membership Settings link will appear towards the bottom of your Account Page as soon as you activate your membership. This link allows you to update your membership settings. If you need to cancel at any time, please see Cancellation FAQ here. Don’t see the Membership Settings link? Make sure you’re logged in with the email you used to sign up!

  • At the bottom of the page choose Cancel Membership

We don’t bill you for recurring payments. You only pay for the periods you want. Your membership period is determined by your original sign up date and period purchased. For example, if you join on the 1st January and you purchase a one month program your complete one month tailored fitness program is accessible at minimum up to and including the same day (1st February) the following month. If you would prefer to change your program commencement date to one that works better for you, please contact us. We’d be happy to help.

We’d hate to see you leave the Club but you can Cancel your Membership at any time for any reason. We do not refund for any unused periods.
